Grab-N-Go Yogurt Parfait
This recipe from Simply Sissom is our go to - especially when you are tight on time, but still want to eat healthy.
What you will need:
Basically, layer and layer and repeat!
Add a scoop of yogurt, toss in some fresh berries or your favourite frozen fruit. Top it off with more yogurt and repeat.
Once near the top, add crunchy granola for that extra texture.
Store in the fridge and grab-n-go!
