To help bring your vision to life, we love working closely  with you through our 6-steps process which makes your renovation or remodeling easy and smooth.

Our Process

Discovery Call

In the initial meeting (2-hours) we will take the opportunity to discuss your project and gather all the information from you including  your wish list and budget.

This will be our chance to get to know each other and decide what's the best approach and service you require to get your project started.​

Contract

Based on our initial meeting, we will provide an estimate which will outline the scope of work. Once scope of work has been agreed upon and retainer received, we will commence planning your project​.

Planning

During this phase, we will pull together the floor plans, concept design boards, along with sourcing all fixtures and finishes.

If construction is needed, we will meet with our trades to ensure your wish list is possible before we present our design plans.

Presentation

Our presentation will include concept designs & floor plans, along with illustration and samples (where applicable) -leaving room for any revisions/tweaks you may have. Once the final design concepts are approved we start the execution. 

Execution & Install

We work closely with our trades to ensure timelines  and the overall project is running smoothly.

For E-Design service you will receive a shopping list delivered​ for install.

Finishing Touches

Once the construction phase has been completed, our team will come in and add the finishing touches, installing your curated decor for your home!

Note: we will need a day to photograph your re-imagined space!
