Get a mat and grab your accessories: one of the best things about yoga is that you don’t need much equipment – just a mat and any props that can help your alignment and make your poses more comfortable
Make some space: try to find a quite and peaceful place to practice Stay safe and prevent injury: be mindful of your body’s vulnerable areas (knees, hips, spin etc.). If you feel any painful sensations, adjust or soften. Don’t force or push yourself out of the pose Choose your yoga routine: pick a style, teacher, specific use or class duration that suits you best.
