Get a mat and grab your accessories: one of the best things about yoga is that you don’t need much equipment – just a mat and any props that can help your alignment and make your poses more comfortable
Make some space: try to find a quite and peaceful place to practice
Stay safe and prevent injury: be mindful of your body’s vulnerable areas (knees, hips, spin etc.). If you feel any painful sensations, adjust or soften. Don’t force or push yourself out of the pose
