Travel Tone-up 15 Minute Workout 

No matter where you are, you can still fit in a good workout. We found this simple yet impactful workout that promises to work every muscle with no need for equipment. This workout can be done anywhere but it will seriously crank your heart rate and metabolism while increasing your flexibility, core strength and sculpt your body.  No joke! 

Start with the first exercise, perform as many reps as you can in 50 seconds, rest for 10, then move to the next. After all 4 moves, rest for 1 minute and repeat for 2 more circuits.
