Looking for a playlist of energetic songs to blast through your weekday morning workout to get that boost of motivation?

How does one “dig deep,” you ask?

Well, it's all about that bass ... errr - music we mean - “Music is the best way to stay motivated. The right track can take any workout from a chore to a seriously fun jam sesh.” are the wise words of our resident DJ, David Nicho.

We know that curating a truly epic playlist can be a challenge, so David teamed up with his girl Ashna (co-founder of The Olve) to create The Olve Stay Well Episode 3 music playlist.

“Workouts are all about the grind. A grueling workout session can push you past your mental and physical limits to the point of sweat-drenched, exhaustion. However, a perfectly curated song can fuel your body at its core and give you that extra push you need!” shared Ashna.

The greatness of an epic workout song requires a few things. An upbeat tempo, for one. Lyrics are another.

​“But a killer workout song, the kind that makes you finally hit your stride on a long run, just has to make you feel damn good,” David says. "After all, workouts are about bettering yourself; sometimes, you just need a quick reminder that you're already well on your way."
