The Olve Fitness Music Playlist Volume 2

​Staying motivated and on track with your workout goals can be hard. Sometimes, all you need is the right song to give you that extra push… to keep at it — whether its jogging, sprinting, or strength training.

“Music can help you find your rhythm or help you set your pace. From motivational lyrics to driving beats and tunes that bring back good memories, it’s no secret that music has power in helping you stay on track” David, told us.

With the release of The Olve Stay Well Episode 2 workout music playlist, David was inspired by Antonella Ditomaso, a Certified Personal and Fitness Trainer.

“Her journey (like many others) was to save herself from unhealthy eating habits (an eating disorder) and have a positive image of herself – it quickly turned into a love affair with all thing’s fitness.  What I love about her story, is her passion for fitness and how she turned it into helping others with their own physical and mental health journey, empowering them to step out of their comfort zone and believe that anything is possible. The best way she stays motivated is through Music.” David says.

“The right track can take any workout from a chore to a seriously fun sweat-sesh. So, I decided to team up with David to curate a truly epic playlist that focuses on my favourite classics Hip-hop artists like Biggie to Snoop. “Antonella told us. “This playlist will have you ignoring your screaming muscles and finish your workout strong.”
