The Olve Fitness Music Playlist
Picture
Ok, working out can be a struggle and sometimes (or more like all the time), you have to dig deep to get yourself motivated whether its for that new HIIT workout or that dreaded treadmill run. Let’s face it…workouts are all about the grind and setting the mood. And a perfectly curated playlist— one that fuels your body at its core and gets your mind in the game – can help you get there.

That is why we turned to our resident Entertainment expert, David Nicho from EC4U Events to help us help you turn your blah workout sessions into a party!

"A good playlist can make your sweat session feel easier and go by faster. With music, it takes your mind off how hard it might feel and move you to push yourself harder", David told us. "Music is a huge part of my life, and when a tune I love starts playing, I forget that I am tired or feeling down, music helps bring that extra life into the workout and fires you up!"

PRESS PLAY  and check out this latest mix to help you go from lethargic to lively as this fast-paced cardio workout playlist will take your workout to the next level

Also check back often at the theOLVE.com, where David will be curating a series of music playlists that are guaranteed to get your heart pumping, booty shaking and goals absolutely crushed, regardless of your workout regime.
