As we continue to work from home, those looking to break a sweat in between meetings or during your work day are often looking online for quick routines via workout videos.
At the OLVE, we were on the hunt for new exercise routines that would be quick, help reduce the stress of the day while giving us a good sweat-sesh.
We stumbled upon the Sweat Movement, and Chloe's workouts had us literally dripping. Her routines are no more than 20 mins long and include full body high intensity interval training (HIIT) to toned arm workouts (just to name a few!).
We've been addicted and we love that it only takes 20 minutes!!
It's a great way to get your day started....or squeeze in a workout in between your meetings or even at lunch.
Not only do you sweat but you can crush some major calories - leaving you feeling energized and ready to tackle the rest of the day!
