It's almost Super Bowl Sunday, which means it's time to create your party playbook! Whether you're planning to be huddled by the TV while you cheer on your favorite team, casually tune in for the highly anticipated commercials or just here for the food and drinks -- this is the perfect guide to help you create a Super Bowl party fit for any crowd.

Pizza Dip 

What you will need:
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 3/4 tsp. dried oregano
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • Kosher salt
  • 6 oz. mozzarella cheese, coarsely grated, divided
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan, divided
  • 1 1/4 c. pizza or marinara sauce
  • 2 oz. mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 baguette, warmed and sliced

Instructions: 
​
  1. Heat oven to 400°F. In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes and ½ teaspoon salt.  Fold in 1 cup mozzarella and all but 2 tablespoons Parmesan.
  2. Transfer mixture to shallow 1-qt baking dish. Top with pizza sauce; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan, then pepperoni. Bake until bubbling and cheese begins to brown, about 15 minutes, broiling 1 to 2 minutes if needed. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Serve with baguette slices for dipping.​

Buffalo Chicken Dip

What you will need:
  • 1   8-ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. Buffalo hot sauce (we used Frank’s RedHot)
  • 3 c. finely shredded white-meat rotisserie chicken 
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, coarsely grated
  • 2 scallions, finely chopped
  • 2 oz blue cheese, crumbled
  • Potato chips and celery sticks, for serving

Instructions: ​
  1. Heat oven to 425°F. In large bowl, whisk together cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Fold in chicken, Monterey Jack, and scallions.  
  2. Transfer mixture to 2 shallow 2-cup baking dishes, top with blue cheese, and bake until golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes. Serve with potato chips and celery sticks.

Loaded Nachos 

What you will need:
​
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 3/4 lb. fresh chorizo, casings removed
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 (15-ounce) can Black Beans, rinsed
  • 8 oz. Tortilla chips
  • 10 oz. sharp Cheddar or pepper Jack cheese, grated (about 2.5 cups)
  • 1/2 small head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 3/4 c. Fresh salsa
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • fresh cilantro
  • pickled jalapenos
  • sour cream

Instructions: ​
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chorizo, onion, and garlic and cook, breaking chorizo into pieces with a wooden spoon, until browned, 6 to 8 minutes. Stir in beans and cook until warm, 2 to 4 minutes.
  3. Spread chips on prepared pan. Spoon chorizo mixture over chips and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted and chips are toasted, 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. Serve topped with lettuce, salsa, avocado, cilantro, jalapeños, and sour cream.​

Air Fryer Chicken Wings!  

Needed to add an Air Fryer Recipe - I mean doesn't everyone have one by now?! If not, it is a must have - or so i hear. 
Chicken wings in the air fryer is brilliant and you will be making chicken way more often if you try them in the air fryer. Air fried chicken wings cook time is just 16 minutes (3 times faster than a traditional oven)

What you will need:​

  • 1 lb chicken wings split into flats and drummettes
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper

Instructions: ​
  1. Thoroughly pat dry chicken wings with paper towels and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Coat in 1 Tbsp oil then sprinkle on 2 tsp garlic salt and 1 tsp lemon pepper. Toss to evenly coat with seasoning.​
  3. ​Place on air frying basket, spacing evenly and air fry at 400˚F for 8 minutes per side, or a total of 16 minutes, or until chicken wings are crisp and golden brown on the outside.

Pull-Apart Garlic Pizza Bread  

What you will need:​

  • 3 c. shredded mozzarella, divided
  • 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. ricotta
  • 1/3 c. plus 2 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan divided
  • 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • Kosher salt
  • 3/4 c. pizza sauce
  • 1 c. mini pepperoni
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans refrigerated biscuits (such as Pillsbury Grands)
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1tbsp. freshly chopped parsley 

Instructions: ​
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix together 2 cups mozzarella, cream cheese, ricotta, ⅓ cup Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt. Transfer mixture to a 9"-x-13" baking dish then spread pizza sauce on top. Top with remaining 1 cup mozzarella and pepperoni.
  2. Halve biscuits and roll into balls, then place on top of dip. 
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, garlic, and parsley. Brush on biscuits and sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan. 
  4. Bake until biscuits are golden and cheese is melty, about 45 minutes, then cover with aluminum foil and bake until biscuits are cooked through, another 15 to 20 minutes. 
  5. Let cool 10 minutes before serving
