If you've gained a few extra pounds around your belly *(like we all have during this COVID lock down), the following workout might be perfect for you! It will help you get rid of your love handles (that you don't love) in no time!
The workout from Shape combines some of the most effective moves to tighten your core around the waistline. The exercises described will help you develop strong, flat and pulled-on abs that look great both in and out of your clothes. Say goodbye to that bulge by doing one set of each exercise back-to-back. Rest 30 - 60 seconds, then repeat the circuit (at least two times).
