How to Lose Belly Fat - STAT! 

When many people think of losing weight, one of the first things that comes to mind is getting a totally toned  tummy. After all, who doesn't want to be able to slip into their favourite  pair of jeans? Yup we know that struggle is real!

But let’s face it, there’s no easy fix. It comes down to your diet - meaning a healthy meal plan is one of the best ways to lose belly fat and shrink those fat cells to lose weight. However, diet, of course, is only part of the answer on how to lose belly fat. Exercise, and the right type of it, is crucial to boosting your metabolism and shrinking those fat cells.

So where to get started? We tried @thesquatchallenge to help us tone our tummy with a few simple but effective fat burning workouts at home! You will get a flat stomach in just a few weeks!
  • Reverse Crunches -  10 reps, 3 times
  • Lunges - 12 reps, 3 times
  • Crunches - 14 reps, 3 times
  • Bicycle Crunch - 13 reps, 3 times
  • Toe Touches - 15 reps, 3 times
