Working out your legs is super-important—beyond just looking awesome. They haul you around all day, so it is critical (yes, butt included) that they get equal love at the gym or at home. Unfortunately, too many people neglect incorporating a leg day as a part of their routine. Don’t do that! You will get the biggest bang for your workout by doing strength exercises that target your legs at least once a week.
Oh, the best part of leg workouts…is that you can do this anywhere with no or little equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands, to reap some serious leg day rewards.
