Cozy Homemade Pancakes
This is a simple recipe that was passed on by a friend and it is one that we often indulge in on Saturday mornings!
What you will need:
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar
Make a well in the centre and pour in the milk, egg, melted butter and mix until smooth. Add in chocolate chip (your preference of amount, but 1 cup should suffice)
Heat a lightly oiled griddle of frying pan over medium high heat.
Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
Brown on both sides and serve with fresh fruit and pure maple syrup.
