High-protein Breakfast Ideas to Power your Morning
A high-protein breakfast is always a good way to start your day, especially after a workout. A balanced meal that is rich in protein (as well as carbs and fat) can help keep you energized all morning. That’s not all. Protein keeps carb cravings and sugar crashes at bay. It helps reduce hunger, but also wards off fat storage to help get you tone. And who doesn’t want that!
