All you Need for a Solid Gym Workout at Home

You don't need a fancy gym membership or expensive exercise equipment to get you in amazing shape. The best workouts can oftentimes be done right in your home regardless of your fitness level. You can get a solid workout with a few tools, killer playlist and let’s face it, some will power.

What is keeping us motivated these days? Lately, it’s about getting back to basics using our bodyweight to work practically every muscle in the body. Whether you set up an exercise mat and resistance bands in the corner of your bedroom or have a larger area to break a sweat, you don't need much space or equipment to get moving.

We’ve rounded up some tips you need to master planks, squats, push-ups, crunches, and more—plus a supporting tools for post workout recovery.

Bala Bangle Weights

These one-to-two-pound weights are a great additive to any workout routine. You can wear them to add intensity to mat workouts like yoga and HIIT, as well as while you’re walking, running, or using the elliptical machine.
