 Grilled Vegetables Recipe 

Right now, we are loving Foodie Crush’s grilling tips for seasonal vegetables. It’s so simple and goes great with grilled (or baked), chicken, fish or kebabs!

​What you will need:
  • Seasonal Vegetables – we love asparagus, mushrooms, onions, zucchini etc.
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin oil
  • 1 tbsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp freshly grounded black pepper 

Instructions:
Prepare the grill and preheat to medium heat 350 F to 450 F. Trim the ends of seasonal vegetables (e.g. asparagus, zucchini, squash, onion etc.).

​Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper. Grill the vegetables until tender – about 5 to 10 mins dependent upon the vegetables. Serve warm with your meal.
