Good Morning Yoga
Getting up in the morning is hard (coming from a dedicated snooze button hitter) but getting up in the morning workout is exponentially more difficult. We've tried almost every exercise out there to get ourselves going for the day, from HIIT to running, but finally we discovered the one a.m. workout that we look forward to: is our morning yoga routine.
Yoga is a wise workout – you gain multiple benefits including enhanced flexibility and better balance – but practicing in the morning can help with your sleep and mood. Here is one that we love to follow from @darabee – its simple and easy to do it before breakfast, right after you get up.
