Debloat Your Diet with Jillian Michael's Meal Plan

Getting rid of belly fat isn't just about fitting into skinny jeans—it also decreases the risk of potential health issues while making you feel better. Trust us, there isn't one magic food that will melt away belly fat, but certain foods have fat-burning benefits like avocado, chickpeas, or whole grains....but where do you even start?

At the Olve, we’ve tried this awesome 30 day meal plan "cheat guide" by Jillian Michaels that we love to follow. It does mean eating whole, real foods and trying to avoid anything fake (yeah we're talking about candy bars...soda!).

What we love about her plan is that she “
makes 80 percent of the food you eat healthy and take 20 percent of your daily calories and make them fun" which works for us!

Below is a sample, we would recommend picking a few that fit well into your routine (feel free to change it up too!) and do you best to commit. 

Also, tag a friend that might be interested in taking this journey with you. Nothing better than the buddy system.
