​A marketer by trade and self-taught writer by night. Since I was little, I have always dreamed about doing something fun, creative and meaningful with my life. My folks taught us early on, to follow our hearts and to be passionate about what you do. Growing up in Montreal, I moved to Toronto with a degree in Marketing where  my love for bringing brands to life became my career. While working in the marketing industry for many years, I noticed a trend of influencers and bloggers that presented a polished, perfect image of themselves with no real diversity or "real" representation. I quickly realized that I couldn’t relate. So it was time to start a new site — one that celebrates being perfectly imperfect, with diversity and real-life at the forefront. That is when the Olve turned out to be my vehicle to do something more meaningful and became a space to share diverse experiences and opinions, start some real conversations and crack open different points of view. We truly believe that learning from one another is a “gift” and one idea can spark another.
