At the OLVE, we are always looking for the latest fitness advice from experts in the industry. One of our favourite reads (as we are long time subscribers) is Women's Health Magazine. They give great advice on how you can get started, stick to a program and share workout routines - and this requires minimal equipment - so that is a plus!
