At the OLVE, we are always searching for the latest fitness exercises and some of our favourite places to look are online at Shape. They often curate amazing routines, whether you're looking to build lean muscle, reduce fat or get a full body workout. It's a great place to find some of the best workouts that you can easily do at home, or at the gym (when they are open of course!)
Lately we've been on the hunt for new fat-burning exercises, where we can crush some calories while building muscles to help boost our overall health. Shape has curated some of the best fast-loss workouts that combine strength training and HIIT exercises which targets every body part like your core, arms and legs.
It's simple - all you need is a pair of dumbbells (10-20 lbs) and a jump rope. By doing one set of each without resting, repeat the circuit three times! And if you can, try taking this on at least three times a week.
We did! and it was an incredible sweat-session! Not only dd it give us a chance to workout our full body in a short period of time, but he exercises were some of the best ones out there. We know why people incorporate HITT and strength workouts into their routines.
